Great place, almost everything is few steps. Staff are tremendous pleasant and handy and talk fantastic English. You will find activities every single night time and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s very minor. Great quality for the money!

Incredibly wonderful and clean place. The area where is located is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Beds were very cozy. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere nevertheless it is superior for a full night relaxation. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will most likely come once again for my upcoming come to Kobe.
